About the Course

Cool Cook is a cookery course that will teach you culinary expertise from around the world about new tastes and cooking techniques. Koç University Cool Cook is open to everyone that enjoys tastes and wishes to learn tips from the professionals. 

Turkish cuisine has a Mediterranean, Balkan and Ottoman influence. Cool Cook will cover a wide range of cuisines from Turkish to international.
